Disagree of course! Everything you survive weakens you. Look, bash a piece of metal for long enough and it'll break. It's the same with people. I ought to know. I used to bounce back but after a while, you can't any more and you start to feel that life's a bit overrated and needs anaesthesia of the liquid variety just so you can cope.

After that mess on Gauda Prime though, which, I might remind you, almost killed me, (not just from being shot in the back, but also general lack of desire to go on), things got better and I got my resilience back. All it took was people not trying to kill me or break me. I rest my case.
