I've made a lovely new friend on this LJ inter-universe thingy! Her name's Kasumi Karen and she's new here, so I'd like to invite some of you round to meet her. Karen's a fire-dragon from old Tokyo before it was domed. Well, not a real dragon--as you can see, she's a very pretty lady. It's her title, and not an insult at all, not like with Servalan.
I'm pleased--my new friend Karen's getting on well with my mates. And mate. If anyone else wants to turn up to meet her, Karen I mean, come on in. There's drinks and nibbles and good conversation here.
Though they rarely caused humans serious harm,
these Japanese fox spirits known as kitsune
were well known for playing tricks on people
and could be a real nuisance. They possessed
the ability to transform into any creature,
though they would often retain their fox tail.
One could easily determine the age and level of
maturity of a kitsune by counting its tails;
An immature, rambunctious kitsune would have
very few tails, while a wise and powerful one
would have as many as nine.
As a kitsune, you are clever, sensual, beautiful,
mysterious and sensitive (even if you are a
guy). You are also somewhat sneaky and like to
pull pranks on people, but otherwise you are
very pleasurable to be around.
