How do you view commitment?

From as far away as possible. I mean, you need two signatures to certify someone, but there are always plenty of Federation lackeys lined up ready to earn some political points. They labelled me a kleptomaniac, you know. Idiots. If I really had been one, I'd have lifted anything from anyone regardless of the value or the danger. Nah, I only had to do a bank or art or jewellery job every few months to live very comfortably thank you very much, but just because I didn't fancy working myself to an early death like a good little Delta, I was put down for readjustment.

I'm just glad it never took.
