It's been so boring lately, on night shift on the flight deck, that I've had Orac looking up stuff to amuse me. Not that he minds since I taught him about humour a couple of years ago. Of course I had to start him off on primary school stuff at the time, but he's coming along nicely now.
He found a fellow from a thousand years ago called Steven Wright who had a different way of looking at things. Apparently he once said, "I woke up one morning and all of my stuff had been stolen...and replaced by exact duplicates." Nice. Gives me an idea for a trick to play on Avon.
Anyway, I wondered why Orac had given me a list of quotations and he referred me to numbers 20 (hey, and I thought I was original!) and 16 (a wise man, this). Must remember number 17 to tell Avon.
